It is made by recapturing the rich bourbon and flavors previously trapped in the barrel wood, and carefully adding them back into extra-aged, six-year Jim Beam Bourbon to create the finely-balanced, smooth 90 proof Devil’s Cut Bourbon. Jim Beam Devil’s Cut should be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, as a shot or mixed with cola. $24 for a 750/ml bottle.
